Getting started

Buy today. Trading tomorrow morning.

Nothing to build, nothing to code. You buy, the license key lands in your inbox, and the setup guide takes you from a clean Windows machine to a running system. Most people are done in an afternoon, and a good part of that is waiting for downloads.

What arrives when you pay

  • The TSOPEN strategy file for NinjaTrader 8, version 1.0, ready to import.
  • Your license key, emailed the moment the payment clears.
  • An account area created for you automatically, holding the key, the downloads and the guide.
  • The setup guide, written and screenshotted, from install to first enabled session.
Four steps

From purchase to first session

None of this needs a technical background. It needs a Windows machine, an hour when you are not in a rush, and the willingness to follow a numbered list.

You buy, the key arrives

Checkout takes a card and nothing else. The license key is emailed the moment the payment clears, and your account area is created at the same instant, with no password to remember. You type your email, a six-digit code arrives, you are in.

Install NinjaTrader 8, connect data

NinjaTrader 8 is free for charting and simulation and installs like any other Windows program. You connect it to a data feed (your broker's, your prop firm's or NinjaTrader's own) and let it download the history for the instrument the system trades.

Import the strategy, paste your key

The strategy imports as a single file from inside NinjaTrader. You open its parameters, paste the license key from your account area, and apply the chart and parameter settings the guide specifies. Nothing to compile, nothing to configure by hand.

Enable it before 8:30 AM ET

You put it on a chart, switch it on and leave the machine running. At 8:30 AM ET it reads its window and either takes one trade with the stop and target placed at entry, or stays out. By the time you check, the session is over.

The division of labor

What we do, and what you do

One payment of $997 buys a finished thing, not a starting point. This is everything included, listed so there is nothing to discover later:

  • The strategy file for NinjaTrader 8, built and tested, importable in one step.
  • Your license key, delivered by email and stored permanently in your account area in case that email disappears.
  • The written setup guide, step by step, with screenshots of every screen you are going to see on the way.
  • The chart and parameter settings we recommend, spelled out as numbers, so you are never guessing at a value.
  • Updates for the lifetime of the license. New version, same key, no upgrade fee and no subscription.
  • Support by ticket, opened from the contact form and answered by a person.

Your only job

The machine on and connected during the system's window. That is the whole list, and it is not a figure of speech.

You do not watch it. You do not confirm anything on your phone. You do not decide when it enters, what it risks or when it gets out. All three are fixed by the rules before anything happens, which is the entire point of automating a plan instead of remembering one.

If leaving a computer on is the problem (a laptop that travels, power that flickers, a household that turns things off), a small VPS runs it around the clock for a few dollars a month, and NinjaTrader lives on it exactly as it would on your desk.

When a VPS is worth it, and when your own computer is perfectly fine.

No rush

The first week, realistically

You could be on a live evaluation the day you buy. We would rather you were not. Nothing here expires, and the week you spend watching is the week that decides whether you can actually leave it alone later.

Run it in simulation

NinjaTrader ships with a simulation account and it costs nothing to use. Enable the system on it and watch a few sessions end to end: the entry, the two orders going into the market at the same instant, the exit. The days it does not trade count too: staying out is the system working, not the system broken.

Reproduce the backtest yourself

Load the strategy into the Strategy Analyzer, set the same period, run it. The report that comes out should be the one on our page: $274,406 gross over 88 months, 4,557 trades, a 46.2% win rate, a profit factor of 1.58 and a worst drawdown of $4,379. If your numbers do not match ours, we want to hear about it before you trade.

Take one evaluation, sized small

One account and one contract, the size the backtest used. Not three accounts, not the 250k plan because the arithmetic looked better. Find out what a losing week feels like on an account whose cost you already accepted, and then decide about the second one.

The whole path laid out day by day is in getting started in 30 days, and the full backtest report, drawdown included, is on the performance page. Those figures are a simulation over historical data, not a live account: past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results.

Support

If something does not work

There is no phone number on this site, no live chat and no WhatsApp. That is deliberate, and the reason is boring: all three depend on somebody being awake, and the person who is awake is rarely the one who can fix a NinjaTrader import error at nine at night.

So there is one door, and it is the contact form. What you write there becomes a support ticket with a reference. The reference reaches you by email, you can follow the thread from the link in that email or from your account area, and a person answers it, with the previous messages attached, so you never explain the same problem twice. Nothing sits unread in an inbox and nothing evaporates in a chat window you closed.

We do not publish an email address anywhere either, for the same reason. An address is a place messages go to die.

A ticket with a reference

Every message from the form opens a numbered ticket. You get the reference by email and can reopen the same thread whenever you need to. Screenshots go with it, which is usually faster than describing what the screen said.

Answered inside a business day

That is the target we hold ourselves to for the first reply, and most go out sooner. If a question needs testing on our side, the ticket says so instead of going quiet on you.

Everything in one place

Your license key, your downloads, the current version and every open ticket live in your account area. Nothing you need exists only inside an email you might have deleted.

One payment

$997, once. The key arrives in minutes.

No subscription, no monthly fee and no charge per account. TSOPEN costs $997, the license key reaches your inbox the moment the payment clears, and the setup guide is already waiting in your account area when you get there. Updates for the life of the license are included.

Still deciding? The performance page has the full backtest report and the risk page has what can go wrong. Both are more use to you than a sales pitch.
