About the purchase

Buying, licensing and getting your money back

Is this a subscription?+

No. It is a single payment for a license that does not expire. There is no renewal, no monthly fee and no auto-charge. Updates to the strategy are included and appear in your account area as they are released.

What exactly is a "seat"?+

A seat is one computer running the system at the same time. A one-seat license installed on your desktop and then moved to a laptop is fine. What it will not do is run on both simultaneously. You can release a seat yourself from your account area at any time, and a seat that stops checking in for 21 days releases itself, so reformatting your machine never locks you out.

Can I add seats later?+

Yes. Open a ticket from your account and we will send you the upgrade for the difference in price. You never pay for the license twice.

How do I pay, and is it secure?+

Card payment through Stripe. The card details never touch our servers: you are on Stripe's own checkout page when you type them. We receive the confirmation and issue your license automatically.

Can I pay in installments?+

Yes, in 3 monthly payments at no extra cost. The total is exactly the same. Your license is active from the first payment. If a scheduled payment fails and cannot be recovered, the license is paused until it is sorted out, and it comes straight back on when it is.

Do I get a refund if I change my mind?+

The license key is delivered instantly, which is why sales are final once the key has been issued, with the specific exceptions set out in the refund policy: duplicate charges, a technical failure we cannot resolve, or a purchase made in error and reported before the key is used. If you are unsure, read the backtest and ask us before buying, not after.

What happens right after I pay?+

You land on a confirmation page with your license key on it, and the same key arrives by email. An account is created for you automatically with the email you paid with. There is no password to invent: you sign in with a one-time code. From there you download the system and the setup guide.
