This page identifies who runs www.rentabilio.com, what is sold here and under what conditions the site may be used. It sits alongside the terms of sale and license, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the risk disclosure and the refund policy. Read together, those documents are the whole agreement between you and us.

Throughout this notice, "we", "us" and "our" mean Marbo Technologies OÜ, and "Rentabilio" is the brand under which it publishes this site and sells TSOPEN.
2. How to contact us
We do not publish an email address, a phone number or a messaging handle, and that is deliberate. The contact form is the only way to reach us. Everything sent through it becomes a support ticket with its own reference, so a message cannot quietly die in somebody's inbox, and you can follow the thread from the link you receive or from your account area. Nobody will call you, and there are no salespeople.
3. What this site does
www.rentabilio.com does two things. It publishes free guides and articles about automated futures trading, and it sells a license to use TSOPEN, an automated trading system that the buyer installs and runs on their own computer inside NinjaTrader 8. That is the entire commercial offer.
We do not hold client funds. We do not open, manage or have access to your brokerage or funded account. We do not place orders for you, we do not receive a share of your trading results, and we do not sell signals, tips, alerts, mentoring or account management. What changes hands is software and a license to use it, nothing else.
4. What we are not
Stated plainly, because it matters more than anything else on this page: neither Rentabilio nor Marbo Technologies OÜ is a registered broker-dealer, an investment adviser, a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) or a Commodity Pool Operator (CPO), and neither is registered with, licensed by or approved by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, FINRA or any equivalent body anywhere else.
Nothing published on this site is investment advice, a recommendation to trade, an offer to buy or sell any security or futures contract, or a solicitation of any kind. The content is educational and the product is a tool. What you do with either is your decision and your responsibility. Before you act on anything here, read the risk disclosure, and if you need advice about your own situation, get it from a professional who is licensed to give it.
5. Performance figures published on this site
Every performance figure on this site (the profit, the drawdown, the trade count, the win rate) comes from a backtest: the strategy replayed over historical data in the NinjaTrader 8 Strategy Analyzer. It is hypothetical performance, not the record of an actual account. Hypothetical results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, involve no financial risk, and cannot fully account for real execution, slippage or liquidity. Past performance, real or simulated, does not guarantee future results. The full disclosure is on the risk disclosure page and applies to every page of this site.
6. Intellectual property
The TSOPEN software, this website and everything on it (text, guides, articles, page layouts, source code, graphics, charts, screenshots, the logo and the Rentabilio name) are owned by Marbo Technologies OÜ or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote short passages elsewhere as long as you credit www.rentabilio.com and link to the page you took them from. You may not republish substantial parts of the content, scrape the site to build a competing product or dataset, or present our material as your own. Buying a license grants you the right to use the software as described in the terms; it grants you no ownership of it and no right to copy, resell or redistribute it.
7. Trademarks of others
NinjaTrader® is a registered trademark of NinjaTrader, LLC. NinjaTrader, LLC is not affiliated with, does not sponsor and does not endorse Rentabilio, Marbo Technologies OÜ or TSOPEN. TSOPEN is third-party software that runs on the NinjaTrader 8 platform, and the platform is obtained from NinjaTrader on NinjaTrader's own terms.
Any other company, product, platform, exchange or proprietary trading firm named anywhere on this site (including any prop firm mentioned in a comparison) is named for identification only. Their names and marks belong to their owners, mention is not a claim of partnership or endorsement in either direction, and where a commercial relationship does exist we say so on the page where it is relevant.
8. Links to other sites
This site links to its own pages almost exclusively. Where a page does point somewhere else, that destination is run by somebody else: we do not control it, we do not monitor it, and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, its products or how it treats your data. Following an external link takes you out of this site and under someone else's terms and privacy policy, and reading them is on you.
9. Acceptable use
You may use this site for the lawful purposes it exists for: reading it, asking questions through the contact form, buying a license and managing your account. You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, its server, its database or any account that is not yours;
- probe, scan or test the security of the site, or interfere with its normal operation;
- use automated tools to scrape, copy or bulk-download the content;
- overload the site or its contact form, including by sending unsolicited or repeated automated messages;
- upload or transmit anything malicious, unlawful, abusive, deceptive or infringing;
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity when opening a ticket or an account;
- use the site or the software in a way that breaks any law or regulation that applies to you where you live.
We may suspend access to the site, to an account or to a license if any of the above happens. Serious cases are reported to the relevant authorities.
10. Availability and accuracy
We try to keep the site up, correct and current, and we cannot promise it always will be. Pages may be offline for maintenance, a hosting failure or something outside our control, and content may become out of date between one revision and the next. Figures, prices and product details are published in good faith and can change; the version on the page at the moment you buy is the one that applies to your purchase. The site is provided on an "as is" basis, and the limits on our liability are set out in the terms.
11. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the facts change: a new address, a new product, a new legal requirement. The current version is always the one published at this address, and the date at the top tells you when it last changed. Material changes to the terms that govern a purchase are handled the way section 15 of the terms describes: they apply to future orders, not retroactively to one you have already paid for.
